Charlotte Flynn started working as an Executive Assistant at Ballast in 2024. Originally from New York City, she spent 10 years living in Ireland before returning to New York and eventually settling here in Lexington. Charlotte attended New York University and has more than 15 years of experience working as an administrative professional. Her previous employers include Blackrock, Cushman & Wakefield, and Lazard.

In her free time, Charlotte enjoys horseback riding and showing her horse, “Scholar.” She also likes exploring Lexington and its surrounding areas, and reading historical fiction books.
