Christine, more commonly known in the office as Chris, was the first official employee of Ballast and joined the team in 2007 after years of working in the banking industry. She met John Boardman in 2002 while working at Vine Street Trust, and then at BB&T. While she has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, she also was previously a typesetter and worked in the hospitality industry.

Chris is often the first person to welcome clients into Ballast, whether over the phone or in the office. Chris serves in several roles for Ballast. With her years of experience in financial services, Chris provides skillful solutions to ensure that Ballast’s clients are always well taken care of. Her efforts are essential to the success of our clients.

In addition to her work, Chris enjoys singing, horses, her dogs, and spending time with friends and family at her home in Richmond.
