Dereka Bradley has served as a Client Services Associate at Ballast since 2022. She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, and she spent most of her professional career in retail banking where she worked the last ten years in management.

Dereka is originally from Pikeville, KY, but now resides in Richmond with her husband, Bryan, their three daughters, and their dog, Target. Dereka enjoys many outdoor hobbies including golfing with her husband and daughter, camping, bow hunting, snow skiing, and spending time with family.
